How to Organize PDF Pages in One Visual Workspace
PDFs are easy to share, but changing their page structure can be unnecessarily complicated. You may need to move a signed page, remove an outdated section, rotate a sideways scan, duplicate an important page, or combine pages from several documents. A visual PDF organizer brings these actions together so you can see the final document before exporting it.
See every page before you change it
Page numbers alone are not always helpful. If you are looking for a signature, invoice, chart, or pricing section, a thumbnail view lets you recognise the page and act on it directly. The Organizer displays pages visually, shows their current order, and clearly identifies the source PDF when more than one file is loaded.
What you can do in the Organizer
- Drag pages into a new order.
- Combine pages from multiple PDF files.
- Rotate one page, several selected pages, or the whole document.
- Delete blank, outdated, or unnecessary pages.
- Duplicate pages while preserving their size and orientation.
- Extract selected pages as one PDF or as separate files.
- Add another PDF without restarting your work.
Rearrange pages with drag and drop
Move a page thumbnail to the position you want and the surrounding pages adjust automatically. You can also select several pages and move them together while preserving their order. Page numbers update after each change, and the exported PDF follows the exact sequence displayed in the workspace.
Work with multiple PDFs
Add several PDF files to the same workspace and organise their pages together. This is useful when assembling a cover letter, contract, signed terms, supporting documents, and an appendix into one clean file. Additional PDFs can be added without resetting the existing arrangement.
Rotate, delete, duplicate, and extract
Correct sideways pages permanently, remove content you no longer need, create copies of selected pages, or export only the pages required for another document. Undo and Redo make it easy to reverse accidental actions before exporting the final result.
Private processing in your browser
Organizing, merging, splitting, and rotating PDFs happens locally inside your browser using JavaScript-based PDF technology. Your documents are not uploaded to a processing server. There is no fixed server-side file-size or hourly processing limit, although very large documents may still be limited by your browser and device memory.

Add your PDF to the Organizer, then drag each page thumbnail into the required position. The exported document follows the order shown in the workspace.
Can I organize pages from multiple PDFs?
Yes. Add multiple PDFs to the same workspace, rearrange pages from different documents, and export them together as one PDF.
Can I delete or duplicate individual pages?
Yes. Select one or multiple pages and choose Delete or Duplicate. Page numbers update automatically, and supported actions can be reversed with Undo.
Can I extract selected pages into another PDF?

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. Organizer actions are processed locally inside your browser, so your documents are not uploaded to a processing server.
Is there a PDF file-size limit?
There is no fixed server-side file-size limit. Extremely large documents may still be limited by your browser, available memory, or device performance.
