Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

The short version

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. There's no cookie consent banner on this site because there's nothing non-essential to ask permission for.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a site can store in your browser to recognize you on later visits. They're commonly used for logins, shopping carts, and ad tracking.

2. What we actually use

  • No login, no cart, no tracking cookies: PDF Tools Suite doesn't have user accounts, so there's nothing to keep you logged into.
  • Analytics, if enabled, is cookieless: we use Plausible, an analytics tool designed specifically not to use cookies or collect personal data. It can't identify you or track you across sites.

3. Third-party cookies

We don't embed third-party ads, trackers, or social widgets that would set their own cookies.

4. Managing cookies

Since we don't set tracking cookies, there's nothing you need to opt out of here. Your browser's own settings let you block or clear cookies from any site at any time, if you'd like to do that generally.

5. Changes to this policy

If that ever changes, for example if we add a feature that genuinely needs a cookie, we'll update this page and, if required, add a consent mechanism at that point.
